How to setup email on an iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch

If you would like to check email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, you will need to setup a mail profile and enter your server settings.  Please go through the following steps to configure it.

1. On your home screen, tab Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Mail account
2. Select Other, as shown below:



3. Enter the following information, as shown below:
    Name: Enter your name
    Email: Enter your email address (e.g. user@mydomain.com)
    Password: Enter your email password (If you forgot your password, click here)
    Description: (Optional)



4. Press Next
5. Select IMAP
6. Enter the following mail server settings, as show below:

    Incoming Mail Server
    Host Name: (Please submit a support request if you need this information.)
    User Name: Enter your email address (e.g. user@mydomain.com)
    Password: Enter your email password 

    Outgoing Mail Server
    Host Name: (Please submit a support request if you need this information.)
    User Name: Enter your email address (e.g. user@mydomain.com)
    Password: Enter your email password 



7. Press Next
Note: This may take a few minutes to verify.
8. Enable Mail, Disable Notes, as shown below:



9. Press Save

Congratulations!  You have setup email on your iOS device!
